The case of closing orders when there is still enough margin might be due to a violation of Trader's Guard commitment. You can check for violations of Trader's Guard commitments by:
Step 1: Log in to your account on www.fxce.com.
Step 2: Click [FXCE Account].
Select the account you want to check the violation history.
Step 3: Click [History] in the Trader's Guard section and check the Violation History.
Violation history displayed. Pay attention to the penalty.
Example:
Eg1. Lock account for 24 hours: All orders will be closed immediately upon breach of commitment, then the account cannot be traded within 24 hours of the breach. This means that the "New order" button will be disabled within 24 hours. After that, you can continue trading.
Eg2. Close all signals: All orders will be closed immediately upon breach of commitment, then the account cannot be traded within 1h of the breach. This means the "New order" button will be disabled within 1h. After that, you can continue trading.
If checking and there are no violations, please send a ticket to mail support@fxce.com.
