How to add, edit and delete indicators on MT5

1. Add Indicators

On the Dashboard, click [Insert] - [Indicators], click the Indicator you want to add to MT5.

Example 1: Add Bollinger Bands to MT5

• Step 1: On the Dashboard click [Insert] - [Indicators], click [Bollinger Bands].

• Step 2: Then a Control Panel appears, click [Parameters], keep or edit the parameters, click [Style] to choose the color, and click [OK].

Example 2: Add MA10 to MT5

• Step 1: On the Dashboard click [Insert] - [Indicators], click [Moving Average].

• Step 2: Then a Control Panel appears, click [Parameters], keep or edit the parameters. Click Period fill 10 (MA10). Click [Style] to choose the color, and click [OK].

2. Edit Indicators

If you want to edit an indicator, move the mouse to that indicator and double-click the left mouse button. The screen displays, click [Parameters]. Edit and click [OK].

3. Delete Indicators

If you want to delete an indicator, move the mouse to that indicator and right-click. The screen displays, click [Delete Indicator].
