When you're transferring money from your MT5 trading account to your USDT wallet, but you get a message that you cannot withdraw, it could be due to the following reasons:
1. For MT5 accounts which are having orders open, the amount of money after withdrawing does not maintain a margin level of over 300%. At FXCE, we allow trading accounts that are still having orders open to withdraw money (does not apply to accounts that are copying signals - see number 2). However, the account needs to ensure a margin level of over 300% after withdrawal.
2. For accounts that are copying signals, it is compulsory to close all orders before withdrawing money. For this case, you need to withdraw money so that the account balance is a minimum of $1000 to ensure the account continues to copy.
If you wanted to withdraw money so that the account balance was less than $1000, it meant you wanted to stop using the copy service. So, when you have not closed buying signal, you cannot withdraw so that the account balance is less than $1000.
3. From 21:00:00 Friday to Monday 01:00:00 (GMT+0), if your MT5 account is having orders open, you will not be able to transfer money from MT5 to your wallet. Outside of this period, you can withdraw normally even though the MT5 account still has open orders.
