I'm getting a 'Trading has been disabled - investor mode' error

The cause of this error is that you are logged into your account with a View Password. This password is used to share your account with others while disabling all trade functions.

Follow these steps to solve the error:

1. Log out of the trading terminal.
2. Log back into the trading terminal with your trading password (master password).
3. Attempt to trade again.

If you do not remember your account master password, you can also reset it without the old one.
