5 reasons leading to signal copy/investment termination

This article is intended to help users, including signal provider & investor, understand some of the causes of signal copy/investment termination. Hereinafter collectively refer to signal buyers and investors as Follower, & signal provider as Master.

1. Follower closes signal copy/investment

1. Follower closes signal copy/investment

Right after follower closes signal copy/investment, all open positions on follower account copied from the master will be automatically closed. With investment, there is 20% profit sharing for master, meaning investor will receive 80% of the return.

To copy new signals, you need to repurchase the signal copy service/reinvest in this account.

2. The expiration of signal copy

In this case, the signal copy will be immediately terminated. However, all open copy positions on follower's trading account will be still established until they are closed by the master (or the follower). Follower can also manage those orders (take-profit, stoploss...) during this time.

Auto-Renewal mode will be simultaneously disabled in the process of termination.

3. Master has disabled signal copy service

All open positions on follower's account copied from the master will be automatically closed.

Master has disabled signal copy service

Follower's investment/signal copy will be simultaneously terminated. In this case, investor will receive 100% of the investment return (no profit sharing for trader).

4. Master has violated Trader's Guard

When Master has violated Trader's Guard, all open positions on follower account copied from the master will be automatically closed. Follower's signal copy/investment has been simultaneously terminated, meaning follower account will stop copying new orders.

With signal copy, signal fee will not be returned to follower account wallet under any circumstances. With investment, investor will receive 100% of the investment return (no profit sharing for trader).

5. Master has unpublished account

When master account has been changed from Public to Private, all open orders on follower account copied from the master will be automatically closed. In this case, the signal copy or investment will continue to be valid until its expiration.

However, the "Enable copying/investing" mode will be turned off. That aims to avoid copying new orders while the master account is hidden. Followers then can re-enable this mode, provided the master account has been changed to Public.

Please check if the master has modified Trader’s Guard commitment before re-enabling.

Follower re-enables "Enable Investing" to copy new orders

In case the follower does not re-enable this mode, the account will not be able to copy new signals from the master. However, the signal copy/investment contract will continue to be valid until expiration. At maturity (3 months with the investment), there is no profit sharing for master. That means investor will receive 100% of the investment profit.

Master has unpublished the account
