How to cancel a withdrawal

You can cancel your withdrawal:

1. After you make a withdrawal on FXCE, the payment transaction detail displays.

Click [Cancel] to cancel the withdrawal.

2. After you make a withdrawal on FXCE a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Go to your email, click on [Cancel Request].

3. Open FXCE platform account. Go to [Wallet] - [History] to see the withdrawal status.

You can cancel a withdrawal when the withdrawal status is:

a. "Pending" (when completing the Withdrawal on the web, and not confirming the email yet)

Click the (x) next to "Pending" and then [Confirm] to complete.

b. "Confirmed" (after confirming the withdrawal in the email)

Click the (x) next to "Confirmed" and then [Confirm] to complete.
