When your account has successfully been verified email, information and documents, your account verification status is at Level 3.
You probably verified your email when you signed up for an FXCE account, here's how to verify your account at Level 2 and Level 3:
Step 1: Log in to your FXCE account.
Click on your username and select [Setting].
Click [Setting] - [Verify] in Account verification.
Step 2: Verify information (Level 2)
Enter your personal information and click [Next].
Please make sure that all the information entered is consistent with your documents. If the information you entered is different from the documents you provided, your request may be denied.
Step 3: Verify documents (Level 3)
Please choose the type of ID: ID card, Passport, or Driver's License. Enter the number on the card of the document type you chose.
Then, upload photos of the frontside and backside of your document.
Click [Confirm] to complete.
Notice: Uploaded images are subject to the following requirements:
- Images must be uploaded in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF file format.
- All information must be clearly and completely presented.
- All information in the photo must be authentic and valid, no amendments will be accepted.
Step 4: Wait for approval
After completing the process, the account verification status is displayed as [Under Review]. Please wait patiently. FXCE will review your data and send you an email notification in a timely manner.
Step 5: Check Identity Verification results
Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification of the results of identity verification.
1. Identity verification successful
You will receive an email with the subject Identity Verification Successful. Also, the status will now change to [Approved].
2. Identity verification failed
You will receive an email with the subject Identity verification failed along with the reason for failure. Also, the status will now change to [Rejected]. You can re-verify by clicking [Verify] on email or on the website.
Notice: Your profile will be reviewed within 24 working hours. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.
