In the event of a failed identity verification, you will receive an email with the subject Identity Verification Failed along with the reason for the failure.
Also, the status will now change to [Rejected].
At this point, you can proceed to re-verify your identity by:
Step 1: Click [Verify] right on the email or go to FXCE account, click [Setting], click [Verify] in the Account verification section.
Step 2: The screen displays, click [Back] to verify the information (if required). Please make sure that all the information entered is consistent with your documents.
Then, click [Next] to verify the document.
Step 3: The screen displays. Please choose the type of ID: ID card, Passport or Driver's License. Enter the number on the card of the document type you chose.
Then, upload photos of the frontside and backside of your document.
Click [Confirm] to complete.
Notice: Your profile will be reviewed within 3 working days from Monday to Friday. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.
