How to stop providing signal

1. How to stop selling signal

Do as follows:

Step 1: You log in to the website www.fxce.com. Select [FXCE Account], select Setting on the MT5 account you want to turn off selling signals, select [Account Setting].

Step 2: The screen displays. Firstly, you need to change the status to Private.

Then in the [Signal type] section, click off [Enable Sell Signal], then click [Save].

***Note:

The account needs to be changed to Private first. Before changing to private, all the open orders or pending orders need to be closed. After changing to private, all the signals will be closed automatically.

2. How to stop receiving investment 

Do as follows:

Step 1: Close all open or pending orders in the FXCE MT5 account.

Step 2: Change the account status to private as the instruction here.

When the status is changed to private, all the investments will be closed and the trader will not be shared profit in this case.

Step 3: After the account is changed to Private status.
Clicking Settings (cog icon) at the account you want to stop receiving investment. Click [Account Setting].

The screen displays.

In the "Investment" section, turn off [Enable Investment], then click [Save].
