How to close an investment

To close account investment, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the account you want to close the investment

Log in to the website www.fxce.com. Select [Investing account]. Then browse to the account for which you would like to close investing.

Step 2: Choose the investment to close

The investing account displays. Scroll down, select the [History] tab. Click Settings (cog icon) on the investment you would like to close, select [Close investment].

The screen displays, click [Submit]. Click [Cancel] if you want to cancel closing investment.

Step 3: Check investment status

At this time, the investment status will be "Ending". During about 30ms, the system will calculate the performance fee that the investor must pay.

After the settlement is completed, the investment status changes to "Ended".
