How to install 2FA

Step 1: Install Google Authenticator

• Go to CH Play and download the Google Authenticator application for Android.
• Go to App Store to download the Google Authenticator app for iOS.
• Go to the Chrome Web Store and download the Google Authenticator app for desktop.

Step 2: Log in to your account

Log in to your account on www.fxce.com.

Click on your username and select [Setting].

Go to [Setting] - [Change] at Two-factor authentication section.

Step 3: Enable 2FA

The screen displays, select [Enable 2FA].

Then, click [Next step].

Step 4: Scan QR code or enter secret code to link

The screen shows QR code and secret code. Use the installed Google Authenticator app on your device to scan the QR code or manually enter the secret code.

FXCE account registration email and a 6-character code that changes every 30 seconds will be displayed on the application.

Reminder: Please notice that the QR Code and Secret Key are only shown once. Write down the key or download the file now for backup purposes later. Do not disclose this information to any others.

Next, enter your FXCE account password and the 6-digit Google Authenticator code, then select [Enable 2FA].

Step 5: Store the backup code

After successfully linking the Google Authenticator code, the screen displays 6 backup codes. Users need to store carefully for the purpose of logging in when losing the device with the Google Authenticator application.

Click [Finish], the system will automatically log out to re-login with the 2FA step.
